Metal band looking for artist

we are an upcoming metal band in oklahoma city oklahoma.

we have alot of fantasy influence but are very diverse, were looking for an artist who would like to work with us.
we already have a logo..
the first project would be: a crest. coat of arms maybe..
the band is called Empire Down

were looking for a dark, not evil, but dark crest to be representative of the band,think something along the lines of a fallen empire. no lions or eaglesor traditional crest stuff, maybe dragon, phoenix, or something along those lines, if anything at all. it will be on t shirts as well as banners and possibly cd cover art.

something symbolic to the band, that we can use to represent us even without our logo sometimes.
we would need a digital vector copy of the images.

Im not even sure if this is the right place to come looking for this type of work..

we are not a big band, and do not have alot of money to spend. so loking for someone that keeps that in mind as well.
youre name will get credit on cd covers where it is due.
