Understand that the purpose of this forum is intended to give you an opportunity to obtain paid freelance work or permanent positions. Job Posters are required to offer compensation as a requirement for their opportunity listing. You need to comprehend before you post that these are income opportunities. They need to be treated in the same manner as if you are applying for a job in person.

1. Read the requirements of the post
2. Do not expect the job poster to contact you. It is your responsibility to contact them. We have a PM system at OZZU for members to contact other members. If the job posting member allows it in their profile, you may also see an email link icon. Job posters are encouraged to provide an email address in their post, but it is not required. (*note to job posters - if you do not include an email contact address in your post and do not have email visibility enabled in your profile, guests and visitors viewing this site will have no means to contact you)
3. If you do not have the skills or experience required from the job poster then do not reply to the post and do not respond. They won't hire you anyway.
4. The purpose of allowing posting in this board is intended for questions concerning clarification of the job itself, or the responsibilities, and in some cases perhaps the compensation.
