Web Developer/ Webmaster Needed ASAP

I am currently looking for an experienced Web Developer to put the finishing touches on an Entertainment/Video Sharing website. I am looking for someone currently living in Washington State (please email me even if you are not living in Washington State and are still interested) and is fluent in Php, Javascript, Flash, and CSS. It would also be helpful, but not required, to have some knowledge of some online marketing techniques. Such as, SEO keyword submissions, E-zine article submissions, Back-linking, Google Ad words, Viral Marketing, Banner Advertising, and Pay per click advertising.

To start with, we need someone to just get the project done. After it is finished, there is an opportunity, if wanted to be a Web Administrator.
