I want to make a screensaver for a couple of friends, using Xara3D6 for WinXPpro2002SP2.

So my question is, can someone please tell me what file format (.extension) is a screensaver for MacOSX,
and also, please explain, how a screensaver is installed on this OSX.

The screensaver is very simple, it is one just like this for Windows:

Also, if there is a difference if it is MacOSX10.4.11, which I doubt, please explain too. My first question is the most important one though.

Um..
Maybe this? Give it a .saver extension, then drag-drop it into the screen saver folder under system files? And then.. what?

I wish I could help, but I don't know the first thing about creating Mac screensavers.

Nothing on Google helps any?
