I need to see how my site appears in all browsers but cannot see IE results, does anyone know if there is a mac program that can simulate IE ?

You'll probably find BrowserShots helpful.

Only other thing I can think of would be to use VirtualPC or something similar to run Windows (and thus, IE) on your Mac.

Although it's not perfect, the mac version of IE is a pretty good test.

ies4linux works pretty well in linux, so you could always try ies4osx
