I'm 58 years old and love to design web sites. I also paint, so the design aspect of web site development is very enjoyable for me. I develop basic sites for people who don't have a ton of money to spend but who need a web presence.

Due to lack of time, I really need a site like this where I can get answers without doing a lot of research.
