my favourite software is photoshop CS3 because it has a funny name, and you can create funny things in it, that don't look too bad.

I sort out some of the clients questions, clients needs, and customer support. I also think of new disounts, and give them too the public. (most of the time I just give them out so just ask me if you would like a hosting discount)
