i too use Word tracker , Overture, SEO book for getting best keywords for my sites

You can take a look at this one:

Though it also uses Overture, but it's got 7 other keyword suggestion and research mechanisms as well.

I use google adwords. It's really helpful in selecting mostly searched keywords.
