What happen to Yahoo-Microsoft deal?

Hi,

As for earlier few days it was in news that microsoft is going to buy yahoo so can anyone tell me about what happen to yahoo microsoft deal.?

And one thing just a couple of days earlier in evening while visiting on yahoo had seen written "powered y microsoft" at yahoo site and I assumed that the deal is finalised but next day nothing like that. Anyone other have seen the same?
