Hey there,

I have to disagree with you. I think it is too easy to rank on msn.

Make sure you are using keywords in your domain + page names, a keyword meta tag, keywords in your title tag, and keywords in your <h1> <h2> tags.

Then, start getting some quality backlinks to that page.

Sincerely,
Travis Walters

thanks for the suggestion twalters84. based on my experience, before it is easy to rank on msn but recently is not easy to rank well. The problem is , were not using the keywords in our domain name but using keywords in meta tags , title tag and using of H1 . I submit our site to quality backlinks but its not ranking well in msn but okey in google and yahoo.

Until now, it is difficult to rank well in MSN, although we follow the algorithm and still there is no result. Is MSN changing to algorithm and more focus on the off-page like the directory submission site.?

Natural back links are only the trick to rank in all search engines.
Best of luck! Zhaira

What is natural link?

A webpage that link to your site "Naturally" Without ever asking them for linking is known as natural link.

Some tips are listed below for Natural linking.

@-Quality contents(Unique and Interesting).
@-Launch some free and helpfull tools on your site.
@-Publishing articles and news about your services.

Thanks for the tips weblaunchphxx. It's mean that we need to do it a natural way not on a spamming way. How about for "on-page techniques" of MSN? Do they still followed their algorithm on relevancy, keywords and title? I think they hate "keyword stuffing" for now?

for me yes its part of two-way link building, it can be beneficial if and only if you link your site in a related site as well as that site got a very nice backlinks and PR. In MSN's algo, as ive observed link exchange can be used but make sure that the site is related in your niche as well as your keywords are found in that particular site

MSN takes lot of time indexing, sending traffic. Only time I seen some traffic is adding lot of pages with long tail keywords.
