100% CPU usage

Hi there,
I'm new to the site. Read up on some the Malware removal, and was told by a friend that this was the place for some help. Currently My pc is running at 100% CPU usage and is really slow.
I followed the steps and after some frustration, managed to get a HJT report. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Ah yes I see that one program Image named system on User Name SYSTEM is currently going back and forth between 92-100 every second, its MEM usage is 244K

i'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say thats a bad thing

It shouldn't be running that high but it is a required component of Windows. Not sure what would be causing it to act that way.

You could download a program called process explorer from Microsoft.

Process Explorer is like task manager on steroids. You will be able to see the underlying processes using system and maybe one of them is the culprit.
