could any one help me??how could i access the adminestration having a password coz i dont know the password....in windows

not just like that, hmm actually it is my own computer only my brother who create the admin passwod, sadly he forgot the password, and my problem is i can't access to the admin. and i dont know if there is a way in accessing it???

There is a way.

Do a search for Forgot Admin Password in your favorite search engine.

Lots of password reset methods out there like grinch says a quick google should give you a few ways.
