Activate Windows

Can anyone help..

How do you get to the screen to activate windows, to put in a new key, the same when you phone microsoft and active it when its new?

EDIT: Running win xp pro

You don't get to the screen -- it comes up for you periodically if you haven't activated and also each time you login. If you reach thirty days you can't even use it until you activate it:

What problem are you having? Did you make a major hardware change and need to reactivate? If so, call Microsoft.

if you havent activated window$ be for their is a link in the start menu that will take you to the activation screen. Im pretty sure about this because i had to do it once and i seen it thier just look around in the start menu.
