1.if it is possible how to install active directory without DNs it is yes HOW ?

2.If it is possible how to install active directory NTserver 4.0 How ?

3.What is the cmd to find out the logon server from a workstation.

5.I have 2 Domains already existing– bydev.com and accel.com , how will I put them in forest.

1. Active Directory must have DNS. No way around it as far as I know. AD and DNS do not have to be on the same box.

3. Do you mean how to find out who the Domain Controller is from a workstation?

4. You can use the query dsquery user -inactive X where X is the number of weeks.

5. When you say domains what exactly are you talking about? Website domain names?

On question number 5, are the two domains 2003 Active Directory domains? Is this a case where one company buys out another company?

There is no way to merge two domains under one forest. You will either have to setup a trust between the two domains or migrate one domain into the other one.
