Adobe Installed Not Working

Ok i want to apologize if this has been posted before and im retarded and posting again.

I recently formatted my hard drive, and had a little trouble setting it all back up because im retarded and forgot to save all of my drivers. Through time I have recovered my computer and am running XP Pro SP3.

I have constantly installed adobe flash player but it still doesnt work. I go to the website and they say it works but alot of videos do not work on youtube, or games dont even show up on addicting games. This is really annoying because I have surfed the web and tried everything i could find, including deleting firefox and re-downloading along with uninstalling flash and reinstalling. Please let me know if there could be any way to fix this. It does not work on firefox, internet explorer, and the new google chrome.

Do you see any pop up error messages? Have you looked at the event viewer?

Yea looked at that... thanks probably should make my status a little more up from born lol i did know a good deal about comps.
