anybody plss help me,something's wrong with my pc.

my pc is giving me a hard time every now and then. i cant open my task manager and i cant view hidden files.i also cant change the view files option cause i cant find it in my tools option. i tried using hijackthis to see if any suspicious programs are running,but i dont know how to look for it.im not a programmer nor a computer geek.im just got familiar with computers thru gaming.

Hello,

Seems that your PC is either infected or Group Policies are configured on it with some restrictions. I would suggest you to first scan it using MRT Malicious Removal Tool provided by Microsoft itself and lets see its report.

does MRT and malwarebytes have the same function?can i run them together at the same time or should i run them separately?will be any conflict by doin that?
ive seen on the forum just now and i am currently doin a scan when i saw your post,ive just dl what u suggested and i want to run it also so i can post the report while your still online.

i did it and it detected something.i dont know how to copy it or do i have to encode manually.i clicked the button to remove any infected files then i press finish and it didnt make any log files. i ran a scan again and i cant see any infected files this time.thanks cause i can now see the option in my tools menubar.thanks
