Three (3) files on "F" drive are to be backed up to a master file on the C: drive. This is to be automatic and done at 2 hour intervals during the normal working day, starting at 09:00 and finishing at 20:00 each day.
I tried using what Microsoft publishes but it does not work.

RESOLUTION
To work around the problem, create a small batch file to stop and start the WINS service, and schedule this batch to run at a certain time of day. Additionally, configure WINS to make a backup of the database on exit.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0.
