batch file problem

This may seen like a very simple question but has stoped me many times from finishing my batch files.

when I would use the start command to try and use a batch file to run an application that is in the program files folder I would get a "windows can't find c:/program" error

this is the line that is was trying to run

start "C:\Program Files\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe"

Also: is the an addition I can make to this to start it minimized

start /min c:\progra~1\utorrent\utorrent.exe
