I'm trying to fix my friends computer, because it has a Blue screen with the stop error: 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0xBF8C9058, 0XF87967DC) Win32K.sys -address BF8C9058 base at BF800000, Datestamp 3d6de5e5.

I have tried all these different things to solve it, but no luck so far:

Diagnostic bootable disc
DFT (Drive Fitness test)
NFTS bootable disc
Ran Memtest, and that seems OK.

Either it is bad RAM, a virus, or the day before the crash a lot of updates were downloaded (including a Service Pack). I have 2 different hotfixes from Microsoft, but not sure how to get them from CD to Recovery console?

Any help or ideas would be great!

Oh I also have 4 updated drivers on a disc, which could also be the problem, but do not know how to get them added.

Computer will not load in Safe Mode or any other way.
