Blue Sidebar in Windows Explorer (on an XP)

Hey,
Does anyone know what the blue sidebar that give you a heap of options when in a folder is called. It was suddenly disabled last night, and i would very much like it back.

That bar will display automatically until something else is selected. Go to View>Explorer Bar and make sure nothing is checked. If you see something checked, click it again. You should have the original toolbar back.

I FOUND IT.
just incase anybody else has lost theres and is interested. Go to Tools -> Folder Options -> General -> Tasks -> Show common tasks in folder.

still like to know why it left me.
i heart my blue sidebar
