Hello, I am having a problem with my toshiba notebook which runs vista not booting. in startup repair the error says that the boot sectors are corrupted. When i type in the bootrec.exe command rebuildbcd it shows up as: successfully scanned windows installations. total identified windows installations: 0 the opperation completed successfully. my windows OS will not boot. for some reason my operating system can not be detected. I have tried typing in set but it still doesn't work?
successfully scanned windows installations. any help would be awesome!
