My dad uses a Sony Mavica camera. It burns its images to mini CD-Rs or -RWs. One has to take the CD out of the camera and snap it into a holder to view them from a PC.

The computer has just been reformatted with Windows 2000, and I get an error every time I try to access the disk. I've tried flipping it over, all sorts of things. When I put a regular CD in the drive, it runs with no problem.

Can anyone please help me?

Ah. It needs DirectCD to run. I installed it, but it made my computer restart in a constant loop so I booted it up again. But before it could shut down, I killed directcd.exe in the task manager. Then I uninstalled it.

I downloaded the drivers and installed them properly. Windows now recognizes the camera...but I can't acquire the pictures from PSP7. How do I access the camera?
