can not Ping or open Site

Dear Friends ,

I have one doubt that I can not solve, so can anyone try to solve it ?

one company website is www.bansalonline(dot)com and we can ping it also .

same company's another link , that is not hosted is : backoffice.bansalonline(dot)com , why can not ping ?



Another thing is :
I can open one website from my laptop easily by using Dongle(Wireless pluging) Internet , but when I am going to open that website from my company's inside network , error comes from Internet Explorer " The Page can not be Displt ,time out".

sms.dotxs(dot)com

waiting to know all this solution .

Use the internal IP address when you access it from the LAN, not the domain name. No one likes that answer but that's the way it is.

I am using from outside of LAN , else I know it that use IP address .

example : website IP : 111.235.75.4 : www.bansalonline(dot)com
and I can open backoffice.bansalonline(dot)com , but why can not ping it ?

yes, we did not host backoffice.bansalonline(dot)com , only hosted www.bansalonline(dot)com , but I do not know about this issue and can not understand .

--> Also I asked 2 questions , and about 2nd question , I found answer by R & D already :
" Our ISP 's DNS is not recognize it , in LAN which PC wants to open that site ( sms.dotxs(dot)com ) has to give OpenDNS or GoogleDNS ."

As you said, it has something to do with the DNS zones.

That's what shows when your host is queried.

If you can ping it and open the site by IP address but not the domain name then typically you have a DNS issue.
