I cannot connect imesh software.

Hi i am a first person in this forum. I have a problem that i download an IMESH program and i try to sign up a new user. after a while i try to login and it is still connecting for a long time. I set proxy already 128.128.128.4 port 80. But another machine they can log in and they told me that during connect they pull out the cable or change the IP but i try still cannot may be they tell me a lie or not?
