Cant delete program

I have a self made exe program on my desktop when i try to delete it it says "it is used by another user" i checked in Taskbar to gfind it but couldnt...

how can i delte it?

reboot then try again? what version of windoze?

Reboot and log in via safe mode. You can delete practically anything from there.

can you move the file? if so you can throw it into the kazaa shared files and then go view it in kazaa and delete it there ( works for me sometimes) if not go into safe mode ... good luck lets here how it turns out

Just either restart or logoff then goto the file before you click on anything else then delete it and make sure that if there are any new programs you have downloaded, make sure they are not running because they could be using that file for some reason.

you can use the regedit command from Run and delete the key itself

lol, yeah. Try everything above. Give us a little response on what works please, so that others can fix their problem in the future. I would also try the safe mode.
