Change the From in Outlook 2002

Is there a way to change or put in a different email in the From in Outlook? I don't see this option available in Outlook. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

can't be done in Outlook unless you edit the properties of the
email account. But what you risk there, is relay being denied
for an invalid address through the smtp server.

Outlook Express can do it, or at least it used to be able to. I
haven't used OE in a long time.

Thanks! I found that if I click on View/From Field then the From text box shows up for me to type in the email address...but somehow it asked for permission or that I don't have permission to use that address. I guess this is to prevent people from using a real address. However, I discover that I can use the Reply option...not exactly what I want but this will do the trick...I hope.
