computer does not turn windows broken, do?

has been trying to fix my computer crashed in the folder windows sistema32, had a rear window and no account has been re-ignite. not let me turn it on with the previous configuration or in any way try to repair the Windows CD? I need some extra cd? is safe for my data? I have very important data and I would not lose them. I can do?

Pregunta en español si es mas facil. Dime el error exacto cuando prenda la computadora. Prueba F8 y escoge Last Known Good Configuration.
