I've never seeing this one before and I have no idea even where to begin fixing it. This is why I'm here I guess.

When I turn the computer on and it goes to the Windows XP logo and then restarts. It keeps restarting at that logo like in infinite loop.

Where do I start fixing it?

Try pressing F8 as it is booting up, if you do it correctly you should see a list of options. Choose Last Known Good Configuration. See if that helps you any.

My computer did this once, I ended up just formatting it. Had something to do with SP3. I think the installation of SP3 was interupted and causes some corruption.

I did every possible option under F8. Safe Mode with and without Networking. I also have done the load with the last known good configuration. Nothing worked. I don't have any CDs with the computer (I bought it from someone.. probably should have known better  ).
