Copy/zip directory structure only? [SOLVED]

I am interested in knowing if there is a way to copy a folder and all it's subfolders without including the actual files, so the only thing copied/preserved is the directory structure?

Is there a way to do this from DOS or winzip?

This should do it:

xcopy SourceDir DestinationDir /T /E

[ATNO/TW]

xcopy is what you need to do as Arcath suggested, but I think you'll need to unzip it first. I don't believe the command will work until you do.

Thank you both, that worked like a charm. The folders from location1 unzipped to location2 with no files in them!
