please HELP..

trend micro has detected a malware called CRYP-YAYAY on my pc, but couldn't delete it. I have done different scans already but nothing detcted it, aside from trend micro.
i think that certain malware is the reason why my pc is running weird lately. the mp3s won't play on another user account but it runs perfectly well on mine. drives couldn't be accessed through clicking, it shows some error messages that differs after every pc start. one more thing is that the view hidden files and folders option does not work. and my pc keeps freezing all the time.

a few days ago, a defrag operation has been interrupted unintentionally, could that also be a cause of all those problems occurring?

please help, thanks a lot...

here's my hijack this log:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [kxva] C:\WINDOWS\system32\kxvo.exe

Delete that ^^^^^

O23 - Service: AutoExNT - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\AutoExNT.Exe (file missing)

The second one might be ok but I would first open autoexec.bat to see what's in it.
