Just wondering if anyone knows where/how to edit the default images Windows XP uses (home/pro).

Here's what I'm doing.

I'm creating basically a re-image CD for my computer, but more like a windows XP installation CD.

I wanted to change the default images like the wallpaper when you log in for the first time and also the "Press CTRL+ALT+DEL" screen to log in.

Anyone know about doing that?

You have to change the default in the registry. This website has the procedure:

I think what you are looking for is a piece of software called nLite. You can check out their website at http://www.nliteos.com/index.html
