depending on what happened to cause your problem, and depending what OS your running, you could try doing a system restore if you can't figure it out....

Hmmm, what do you mean here? You should try to be a bit more descriptive in your posts, its not "Ask Jeeves", we are real people.

In what context are you talking about? Are you talking about Interent Explorer or Windows Explorer for example?

Please don't be offended by what i'm saying, everyone here will gladly help you if they know what your talking about :D

Kind regards,

I do have to agree with everyone here. It's completely unclear what you are doing and asking.

Please take some time to write the details. Without them you are not going to get a good answer.

I actually do not clear what are you trying to ask here...
but if what are you meant by deleting all the temp internet files...
my advice is there is a software named "Iisystem Wiper" that provide user to manage their system, including deleting temp internet files...
you can download them at http://www.iisoftware.net and the best thing is you can used it for free...
but you can't run it while you are online... so why don't you have this warez...
hope this would help you..
