Desktop not responding

I have not restarted as yet but it seams that i have no action on my desktop for some reason and i can't use icons or right click menu but i can run software fine and the start menu that i am using to launch programs now but yea just seamed strange.

just wondering if anyone had any idea.

Try ctrl+Alt+Delete, end task caled explorer.exe and then click File > Run and run explorer.exe see if that does anything.

Note: By know you probably restarted :lol: Anyway, if that happens again try what I told you above.

apparently that is not a good thing for the overall scheme of things to do that.

What do you mean? To do that it turns explorer.exe off and then you turn it back on... like restarting a process.

I've done that a few times, doesn't hurt the computer any
