disabling windows account control?

is there a way to disable the thing that pops up in vista every time i try to open any program? its so freakin annoying.

There are several different ways to do this, and this website has quite a range of them.

Awesome :D Yeah, it's sooo annoying having to do click that thing every time you do something - even copying and pasting things :O
