download from HP drivers site stalling

I am stuck - I cannot download from an ftp site all other sites i use are fine but this one stalls at different stages and i cannot reinstall my printerdrivers-
installed a new router recently but dont know how to solve issue -please help

What error message are you getting. Have you tried to FTP from a command prompt? Why do you think it's the router?
