Downloading updates manually

My friend has the conficker worm and it's pretty embedded in his system. I was wondering where I could get manual-install updates for Malwarebytes, windows, and Spybot search and destroy. The conficker worm disables the ability to use the software's packaged updater and locks out the Microsoft site altogether. I figure if I can find the manual install files I can put them on a CD and give the CD to him.
