Drive not showing up?

I have 3 drives connected, 1 is Pata and other 2 are Sata. 1 of the Sata drives is not showing up in my computer and neither in Disk management. Any advice ?

If disk management doesn't see it, there is a good chance that the drive is bad. I say that because I started to install a new external drive on a system and no matter what I did, it wouldn't work. When I called the manufacturer's tech support, he told me to exchange the drive.
