what is an engine .dll file ? i am trying to play a game and it wont boot up because of this file ? any help would be appreciated , thanks =)

It's a script engine dynamic link library typically used in visual basic applications. Chances are reinstalling your game and adding back in any patches you were using will restore the file.

Without knowing the exact error you are getting it's almost impossible to help further.

If you post the EXACT error you may get a more specific answer.
