send warning message without e-mail

I am looking for an app for my users to prevent failure under dune work.
and not a mail messaging solution otherwise no one will read my notes dWarning.

Try net send from a command prompt.

Ive searched the net command and jai netsend learned what was missing: I work in windows7 and this command is no longer available in this environment.

Jai continued to seek solutions to the problem starting this topic (warn users of failures of application with messages other than email) and jai found two programs:

- Dmessage
- Winpopup

I'm testing.

Someone knows what is and has already used these apps? Jaimerais have opinions on the issue...
