Excessive Runtime Errors

I recently installed IIS, PHP, and MySQL on my computer so I could play around and learn them. However, recently I have been getting a lot of runtime errors when I go to different websites that didn't happen before I installed these things. I'm wondering if somehow my settings got changed or something and how to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
