When attempting to open internet explorer, the window appears initially, for a split second, then immediately disappears.
I have attempted to install new virus software, however this install terminates before completion.
My internet connection is also behaving abnormally. It appears to be attempting to connect continously but never managing to do so.
I am at a loss as to how to rectify the problem and would be eternally grateful if anybody could help me out with this.
Many thanks in advance,
Carl

you have lotsa viruses,

better format and reinstall windows and then put all anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall etc

Manually removing is not possible, because your computer is not allowing any software to be installed...

Hi Carl_T,

Please take a look at this thread:

They had the same problem their with their browser shutting down immediately. This might resolve your problem as well. Please let us know.
