Right know i am using windows 2000 server. every date one particular time one application running immediatly disk space low so i was check and monitering taskmanger, and performace. but i does't find out what type of application run ? how to find the application.....help me.

It's pretty simple, you are running low of disk space.

Do you have lots of music/videos on your computer, or other large files? If so, delete them or transfer them to removable storage.

Look through Add/Remove Programs and remove any you dont need.

Run a cleaner like CCleaner to remove any excess.

sounds like overgrown log files to me.
