firefox issue

i installed a tool bar for a game im on http://gaiaonline.com


and now when i type some thing e.g "youtube" into the url bar it goes to yahoo search and not google is there a way to set it back to google?

That's why I hate toolbars, not to mention that they make the PC vulnerable. Do you really need that thing to play a game?

no i have uninstalled it , but it left it like that :( i have no idea how to set it back

Click the dropdown icon next to the search box in the top right. Click manage search engines. Move the one you want up to the top of the priority list.

i just checked that and google is at the top but it;s still using yahoo :(


edit: done i just deleted them all (not google) then restored defaults

and it seems to be working

the problems back :( i have removed all of the search engines but google and its still using yahoo :S using the lil search bar uses google but the url bar is using yahoo :S
