Firewall

Who khows if there any ways of avoiding network firewalls if admin restricted my access to a specific URL on the internet(we are using Win2003 server)?

Not really. The whole point of a firewall is to stop people on the outside from getting in & stop people on the inside from getting out to certain sites that the company has disallowed. If they were that easy to get round, they'd be a little pointless!!

And anyway, if you did manage to bypass the firewall somehow, then the chances are your network administrator would notice & you'd get yourself into a whole heap of trouble so personally i'd suggest using another source of internet access for whatever site your trying to access (home or internet cafe etc)
