How do you format (NTFS) a Lexar USB 2.0 jump drive (win xp)?

It comes formatted FAT but I undertand it will work much better (already works fine) if formatted NTFS.

Thanks.

Not fully shure how too, but when you plug it in and it gets a device letter under my computer, right clock on that and see if format is on the list (like you would if you were to format a floppy.
