Frontpage 2000 adding Word Doc to Hyperlink

I have a word document that I would like to add to our company website which is a registration form that I like to be able to set it up to download from a hyperlink. Need help

Is the document uploaded to the server? If so, just create a hyperlink with the address of where the document is. For example, http://www.blah.com/downloads/blah.doc. When they click on it, they will be prompted for what to do with it (open or save).
