Ghosting Software

So I'm wanting to make a few server Backups using a Ghosting software. I havn't done this in a while and am curious as to what any of you use.

Any word on the most prefered?

I haven't ghosted anything in forever. Now that most of my stuff is virtualized I don't really have the need to. I can clone and snapshot my VM's at will and recreate them in minutes.

I use to use ZENworks, can't really say how great it was as its the only software I ever used. Did the job though.
