Guest account offline

I have two accounts on my PC... My administrative account and a guest account. My administrative account works perfectly fine, but my Guest account doesn't connect to the internet... it's like I need to install the wireless drivers all over again on the guest account... or is it just permission thing?

If it's just a permission thing, where do I go to setup the permission whether the guest can access the internet and if the guest can download/install anything from the internet or CDs?

Forget about this... I disabled the guest account and created another user...

Guests are still limited to the computer including resources take Bogey's advice as i would give the same.
