Avg says they are trojans but they seem to be my microsoft installer

Ok sorry i can continue saying what i was now... After posting that my laptop decided it was time to take a nap. i actually couldnt get it to come bk on at first but after i did i was still on the internet and everything else.... OK i was asked by cousin to see what i could do with her computer so I have it, and man has she got a ptroblem. The wn installer and the problems report and the cryptographic service just keep shutting down.
