Hi rhazhar, first uninstall Winupdates its nothing but a process from Rbot Worm. Then run HijackThis and check these items but dont click fix yet.
Quote:
C:\Program Files\winupdates\winupdates.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winupdates] C:\Program Files\winupdates\winupdates.exe /auto

O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

Now close all other open windows except that of HijackThis and fix checked entries.
After that post a new log to verify whether it is clean.

You can fix this entry also:

O18 - Protocol: msnim - {828030A1-22C1-4009-854F-8E305202313F} - "C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\msgrapp.dll" (file missing)

Its a leftover since the file doesn't exists anymore.
Besides that your log is clean now rhazhar.
Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish.

Can you please turn off wordwrap on Notepad and post a new version of the log? You can find the log saved in your Hijack This directory as Hijackthis.log.

To turn off word wrap you do Format and click Word Wrap. It should stop wrapping the lines and you will see a scrollbar appear at the bottom of the notepad window. Then copy and paste it please. I'm mainly just avoiding going through and reformatting it all at the moment ;)

I can see some things to remove and some things I'm not too sure about. I saw someone else with the same settings though so I'm considering them suspicious. Here we go anyway.

If you are able to reboot into Safe Mode(Instructions for how to do so are here: http://tinyurl.com/pfca)
Run Hijack This again and check the following items to fix:
Quote:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adware.Srv32] C:\WINDOWS\System32\runsrv32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [System] C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: SensSrv - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\senssrv.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winm32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winm32.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: WinOpts - C:\WINDOWS\system32\k4440ehqeh4e0.dll
O23 - Service: WinPwdReset - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinPwdHelper.exe
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\U0VXUCA1IFVzZXI\command.exe
O23 - Service: Network Monitor - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Network Monitor\netmon.exe
O23 - Service: Windows Service Manager (WSCM) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\service.exe

Here are the things I find suspicious, if you know them and are sure they are safe you can leave them.

Quote:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://my.pg.com
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://my.pg.com
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = web-proxy.jpn.hp.com:8088
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = *.pg.com;<local>
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ESD3Agent] C:\Program Files\Marimba\Addons\EsdAgent.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WBPCache] WBPCache.exe
O4 - Startup: SEWP Username.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\UserName.exe

Click Fix Selected and if it asks you agree to make a backup.

After you have done the Hijack This removal instructions Reboot into Safe Mode With Command Prompt and do the following:
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\System32\runsrv32.exe"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe"
regsvr32 /u "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\senssrv.dll"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\senssrv.dll"
regsvr32 /u "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winm32.dll"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winm32.dll"
regsvr32 /u "C:\WINDOWS\system32\k4440ehqeh4e0.dll"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\system32\k4440ehqeh4e0.dll"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinPwdHelper.exe"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\U0VXUCA1IFVzZXI\command.exe"
del /F "C:\Program Files\Network Monitor\netmon.exe"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\System32\service.exe"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\System32\win64.exe"

If you removed these entries as well then you can also do these:
del /F "C:\Program Files\Marimba\Addons\EsdAgent.exe"
del /F "C:\WINDOWS\system32\UserName.exe"
exit
Start -> Search -> "WBPCache.exe" and delete it if you removed it.

Reboot normally and post another Hijack This log so we can check its been cleaned fully.

Please submit the following file to http://www.virustotal.com
C:/windows/csmt/csrss.exe
If its found to be bad add this to the list of items for removal:
Quote:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CSMT] C:/windows/csmt/csrss.exe

If you are able to reboot into Safe Mode(Instructions for how to do so are here: http://tinyurl.com/pfca)
Run Hijack This again and check the following items to fix:
Quote:
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=explorer.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"
O2 - BHO: CDLPObj Object - {BE2ED590-CA49-46B5-8CCE-244FB2E0D1AA} - C:\WINDOWS\DLP.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [E-nrgyPlus] C:\Program Files\E-nrgyPlus\E-nrgyPlus.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Update AutoUpdate Client] C:\WINDOWS\System32\winupd\wuauclt.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [shell] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"

O20 - Winlogon Notify: winexy32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winexy32.dll

Click Fix Selected and if it asks you agree to make a backup.

After you have done the Hijack This removal instructions Reboot into Safe Mode With Command Prompt and do the following:
del /F "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"

mmm Well I can't speak Dutch but I can try to simplify.

First off open up a new IE or Firefox window and type in the URL bar "www.virustotal.com"
Once the webpage loads up you will notice a box in the top right hand corner of the webpage with a button next to it saying "Browse". Click the button and it will open up a window which looks just like the "Save as" box when you are wanting to download a file. Click the "My Computer" icon then double click on the C drive. Then double click on the Windows directory, then the directory called csmt then click once on the file csrss.exe and click the "Open" button. This will upload the file to the virustotal.com server where it will be submitted to about a dozen different virus scanners to determine if its a virus or not. If the file is safe the results will all be "no virus found". If it is a virus then in the instructions below also click the box next to "O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CSMT] C:/windows/csmt/csrss.exe "

If you can reboot into safe mode do so. If you do not know how to do so click on this link to find out how: http://tinyurl.com/pfca
Once loaded into Safe mode load the Administrator account and then run Hijack This again. Click the Scan button and wait for the list to come up again. Now you'll notice next to each item is a checkbox, that is what you click to select that item to be removed.
Click the checkbox next to the following items.
Quote:
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=explorer.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"
O2 - BHO: CDLPObj Object - {BE2ED590-CA49-46B5-8CCE-244FB2E0D1AA} - C:\WINDOWS\DLP.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [E-nrgyPlus] C:\Program Files\E-nrgyPlus\E-nrgyPlus.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Update AutoUpdate Client] C:\WINDOWS\System32\winupd\wuauclt.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [shell] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"
O16 - DPF: {8FCDF9D9-A28B-480F-8C3D-581F119A8AB8} (MediaGatewayX) - http://static.zangocash.com/cab/Zango/ie/bridge-c18.cab
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winexy32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winexy32.dll

After you have clicked the checkbox next to those items click the button marked "Fix Selected". Click through the message boxes it brings up then exit the program and Reboot into Safe mode with Command Prompt. To do this follow the instructions in the following url to reboot into Safe Mode. But instead of selecting Safe Mode select "Safe mode with Command Prompt"
Once it boots up you will see a black window with a cursor and the text C:\windows\system32> or something similar.
Type in the following pressing enter after each line:
del /F "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"
regsvr32 /u C:\WINDOWS\DLP.dll
del /F C:\WINDOWS\DLP.dll
rmdir /S "C:\Program Files\E-nrgyPlus\E-nrgyPlus.exe"
rmdir /S "C:\WINDOWS\System32\winupd\wuauclt.exe"
regsvr32 /u C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winexy32.dll
del C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winexy32.dll

If the file I asked you to send earlier was found to be a virus then also type in this.

rmdir /S C:/windows/csmt

After that type 'exit' then use the Start Menu to reboot again. Let windows boot up normally and after you have loaded your user run Hijack This again and do another Scan, post the results back here.

Here are the restarting instructions in Dutch by the way.
